Tingley Glass studio’s lead artist, Jan Winemiller, works in fused glass, dichroic glass and stained glass to create jewelry, tableware, windows and accent pieces characterized by a playful use of color and a highly refined attention to finish. Far from hands-off museum pieces, Jan’s art is intended for daily life where it can be enjoyed often, whether bringing color to a room or accenting the wearer’s appearance with the magical light-moving qualities of glass.
Tingley Glass also serves as a creative education and support center. The studio hosts classes and workshops for students of all ages, from the novice to the more advanced artisan.
